Saif Ali Khan Has The Coolest Reply On De De Pyaar De Dialogue That Mentions His Age Gap With Kareena Kapoor

The trailer of Ajay Devgn-Tabu-Rakul Preet Singh starrer De De Pyaar De was recently released online. With its fun gags and humourous one-liners, it managed to entertain the viewers. In the movie, Ajay Devgn’s character who is in his 40s will be shown dating a 26-year-old girl, played by Rakul Preet Singh.
During one of the sequences, as a justification, the actor cites examples of famous actors who are happily married to much younger women. He starts off by naming George Clooney and Amal Clooney, Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones and finally names Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan. Now, this dialogue has reached the Nawab of Pataudi.

A report in DNA states that when Saif was told about the particular reference of the age gap he shares with his wifey, he simply replied, “Hey, that’s cool, man.” This proves that the actor has a great sense of humour and believes in taking things with a pinch of salt.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Ajay Devgn and Saif Ali Khan will be sharing screen space in the period drama Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. While, Ajay will be seen in the titular role, Saif will essay the role of Uday Bhan. The two actors have worked in films like Omkara and Kachche Dhaage in the past. Speaking of Ajay’s upcoming film De De Pyaar De, it will be releasing on May 17.
Recently, Saif grabbed headlines for telling the photographers to stop clicking Taimur's pictures incessantly as the child will go blind. Soon after, reports stated that he even filed a police complaint against the paps, however, the actor in a statement revealed that he didn’t initiate any complaint against the photographers.
